We tried a variety of tools, including Google (AppSheet, Contacts, Forms, Sheets), IFTTT, Inoreader, MailerLite, MailChimp, and Zapier.

The answer is MailerLite; it’s the only tool we managed to successfully set-up to enact our process, as the others were too complicated for us.
